Use this mixing bowl for mixing, stirring, kneading and storing foods. The bowl is made of 90 per cent recycled post-consumer stainless steel, which makes it durable and resistant to knocks, bumps and scratches. It is safe to use with a hand-held mixer, whisk and other metal utensils.
A rubber ring in the base stabilizes the bowl on your kitchen countertop. With its rounded base and tall sides, this bowl is ideal for whisking, and its resistance to both high and low temperatures makes it ideal to use as a water bath and for cooling down ingredients.
Stainless steel does not react with acidic or alkaline foods, making the bowl ideal for food storage. The inside measuring marks make it easy to measure out ingredients straight into the bowl, which is also stackable to save kitchen-drawer space, and is dishwasher-safe.
