Green Rooibos: Powerful source of antioxidants, including nothofagin. Supports allergy relief. Soothes colic and cramps. Replenishes minerals. Calms the nervous system. Helps manage blood sugar.
Green Honeybush: High in antioxidants and minerals. Naturally caffeine-free, and contains anti-spasmodic and anti-inflammatory properties.
Spearmint: Helps relieve indigestion, gas, and gastrointestinal discomfort. May help reduce nausea and relieve congestion. Refreshing aroma opens the nose and neutralises the palate.
Vanilla Flavour: Adds a creamy vanilla flavour to the blend.
Prep
Infusion Temperature: 100°C (212°F)
Steep one teabag in 250 ml of pre-boiled water for 5-10 minutes, or to taste. Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60 °C. Note: Do not boil the teabags as this may cause the plant-based teabag to tear open.
