I recently made an online purchase of Weck jars from Metelerkamps, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
Kayla assisted me throughout the process, and she was absolutely exceptional. She was incredibly patient and diligent, making sure I had all the information I needed to make the right choice. I’m not the easiest client, I take my time deciding and even changed my mind twice, but she handled everything with such grace and kindness.
What truly stood out was how she went above and beyond. She even sent me empty boxes to help store products I already own, which was incredibly helpful!
My order was packaged beautifully and securely, and everything arrived in perfect condition.
Kayla truly deserves recognition for her outstanding service. I am 10000% happy, from the customer service to the packaging, everything was just perfect.
