The Sabatino Sliced Black Summer Truffles or Carpaccio are packed in olive oil. The thin truffle peeling range in size.
Can be mixed into your favorite dishes like pasta, risotto, and mashed potatoes. The reserved brine and reserved oil can also be used for other applications, such as dressings.
Deliveries to all main centres take up to 2-4 working days (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Gqeberha)
Deliveries to other major cities are between 3-4 working days.
Deliveries to remote/regional areas can take up to 7 working days.
Delivery times are based on when tracking numbers are sent out, which is normally the day after you have placed your order.
