Nordica Rosa Maiolica Woodburning Cooker

The Nordica Rosa Maiolica Woodburning Cooker is functional in terms of cooking, heating, and baking. The cast iron fire chamber is located on the left and provides heat for both the baking oven and cooktop. The high-temperature glass on the firebox door provides an excellent view of the flames. The baking oven is equipped with a temperature gauge and a large glass.  All handles provide tight door locking. There is a decorative polished stainless steel trim around the cooktop, it helps keep little hands away from the hot top. The central part of the cast iron cooktop is the ringed burner. The rings are removable if you take them off your cooking top will be directly above live flames! 2 adjustable air controls on the firebox door help you regulate the burn cycle.

The maiolica tiles on the sides are not there just for the looks, they serve an important heat retaining function. They absorb and store the heat and then release it slowly into the room. This means the stove stays warm even after the fire is gone!
