The Masterclass Deluxe Oyster Knife allows you to comfortably open oyster shells and remove the oysters within. It is a dual sided knife with a serrated blade and a comfortable handle to ensure you maintain a secure grip.
The plain edge slips easily into shells to open them. The serrated edge cuts through membrane to extract the flesh
