For the whole family. The Large model allows you to fully elevate your grill-game with enough cooking area to feed the whole family. The Large boasts a 53cm ceramic diameter, with a 47cm diameter cooking surface as well as a two-tier Divide & Conquer system allowing you to cook various foods at different temperatures, SIMULTANEOUSLY!

The Large remains mobile with the leg stand & caster wheels of which two are lockable. Two spacious bamboo side trays offer enough working space on either side of the grill, and built-in utensil hooks keep all your grilling tools nearby.

The double-thick, mesh fiberglass gasket offers a superior air-tight seal.

The Divide & Conquer system has been designed to give you flexibility when it comes to cooking with your Kamado JAN, offering more versatility than with a standard grate. The Divide & Conquer system consists of the deflector plates, half-moon grids and the multilevel frame. These components can be arranged according to your unique cooking requirements offering you flexibility and ease of use.

Multi-level cooking allows for different cooking methods with different heat zones.

These are just some basic configurations, but the possibilities are endless with this flexible system!
