Kai Wasabi Yanagiba Knife 21cm

Japanese style Yanagiba knife, used for slicing ultra-thin slices for dishes such as sushi and sashimi, vegetables and fish. The blade edge is a 16-degree angle, meaning edge is very sharp and slices to perfection.  

When you are looking for a quality Japanese kitchen knife, at an affordable price, the Kai Wasabi series is perfect. The Daido 1K6 stainless steel blade has a 58 HRC hardness.   • Never store your knives in your drawer with other utilities.
  • Store with a sheath, or in its storage box.
  • For best results sharpen with a whetstone
  • DO NOT wash knives in the dishwasher.

Deliveries to remote/regional areas can take up to 7 working days.
