Hardwood, such as Blackwood, is fine-grained and offers naturally antibacterial properties.
Care Instructions
Do not put the board in the dishwasher or leave it soaking in water.
Apply mineral oil to the surface once a month to prevent drying and cracking.
Clean and sanitise by wiping with mild soap and warm water, then dry immediately.
