The Alpha Series knives begin as a single piece of specially alloyed Chrome-Vanadium-Moly cutlery steel. Each knife is hand forged and continues through more than thirty separate steps in the production process before completion.
The compact size of the paring knife makes it ideal for a wide range of cutting tasks in the kitchen, from peeling and slicing fruits and vegetables to trimming meats and filleting fish. It is made with a short, high-carbon stainless steel blade that cuts with ease. It features an ergonomically designed handle made of hostaform, a tough and resilient acetal resin that provides a comfortable grip and is easy to clean
As with all high quality kitchen knives, we advise not to clean this knife in the dishwasher
Deliveries to all main centres take up to 2-4 working days (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Gqeberha)
Deliveries to other major cities are between 3-4 working days.
Deliveries to remote/regional areas can take up to 7 working days.
Delivery times are based on when tracking numbers are sent out, which is normally the day after you have placed your order.
