Tsire is a West African spice blend, traditionally made with chopped peanuts. Good Life’s is made with hazelnuts. Use to marinate meat by mixing with olive oil for a tasty, crunchy crust. Sprinkle on meat or vegetable kebabs, after basting with oil and lemon juice. Enlivens casseroles and stews with an aromatic flavour. Add to yoghurt for a spicy dressing

Deliveries to all main centres take up to 2-4 working days (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Gqeberha)
Deliveries to other major cities are between 3-4 working days.
Deliveries to remote/regional areas can take up to 7 working days.
Delivery times are based on when tracking numbers are sent out, which is normally the day after you have placed your order.
