The G-57 is a chef’s knife and like the standard Global chef’s knives performs most roles in kitchen.
This knife is excellent for chopping vegetables. If you just needed one knife for the kitchen, but the vast majority of your time is spent cutting vegetables, we recommend this knife.

As with all high quality kitchen knives, we advise not to clean this knife in the dishwasher.
Deliveries to all main centres take up to 2-4 working days (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Gqeberha)
Deliveries to other major cities are between 3-4 working days.
