The G-3 is Global’s classic carving knife, long and narrow to carve those perfect Sunday roast joints. Having a super-sharp Global carving knife will ensure all your cuts of meat are thin and tender.
The G-13 is Global’s first carving fork, made for Western style roasts. The sharp prongs will hold the joint in place whilst you carve, the rigid structure will allow you to control how you carve so that you have the perfect Sunday roast!
As with all high quality kitchen knives, we advise not to clean this knife in the dishwasher.
Deliveries to all main centres take up to 2-4 working days (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Gqeberha)
Deliveries to other major cities are between 3-4 working days.
Deliveries to remote/regional areas can take up to 7 working days.
Delivery times are based on when tracking numbers are sent out, which is normally the day after you have placed your order.
