The Coravin Timeless uses a precision engineered needle to gently pass through natural cork, allowing wine to be poured while replacing the liquid with 100% pure argon gas, an inert food-safe gas already used in the winemaking process. Once the needle is removed, the cork naturally reseals, keeping the remaining wine completely unaffected, even years later.

Designed for use with natural cork, Timeless is also compatible with screwcap bottles when used with the Coravin Screw Cap accessory.

The Coravin Aerator offers the equivalent of up to 90 minutes decanting, enhancing the wine’s aromas and flavors instantly. 

How It Works

Attach & Insert: Align the Coravin Timeless system over the neck of the bottle and press down in one fluid motion.

Pour The Wine: Tilt the bottle at an angle of 45 degrees over the glass. Quickly press and release the trigger to pour – do not hold the trigger down. Short presses help preserve gas. Press again if needed. To stop pouring, simply return the bottle to an upright position.

Remove & Store: Hold the bottle with one hand and pull the system up with the other in a steady motion. Store the bottle on its side in a cool, dark space suitable for wine.
