Bialetti Moka Induction Coffee Pot

The Bialetti Moka Induction is a combination of the unique design of the original Moka Express, paired with a blend of high quality and functional materials that allow for use on induction cooktops. The lid and top chamber are made from food-grade aluminum alloy, the same material which has always been used to make the sturdy body of the Moka Express pot. The bottom and middle chambers are made from steel, perfect for use on induction cooktops. The handle and lid knob are made from silicone, ergonomic, non-slip, and with a soft-touch finish

Instructions for use

1. 1. Fill the water tank (lower part of the pot) with cold water.
   2. Fill the filter with freshly ground coffee. Don’t press coffee. Coffee should be light, loose.
   3. Put on the top part (where the prepared drink will flow). Make sure the top is securely fastened.
   4. Put the pot on the stove, over low heat. After a while, the coffee will start to flow through the upper part.
   5. As soon as you notice that the coffee starts to “bubble” – take the pot off the stove.
