Each of the four different beans that make up the Babylonstoren blend is roasted individually on the barrel drum roaster in our Coffee Roastery to highlight a different flavour profile in each single-origin bean.
This way, we ensure the best quality from each bean and, ultimately, a most enjoyable Babylonstoren brew.
Once roasted, the single-origin coffees are carefully blended to create the Babylonstoren blend. It has notes of dark chocolate and caramel, with only a slight fruitiness to balance the richness.

Deliveries to all main centres take up to 2-4 working days (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Gqeberha)
Deliveries to other major cities are between 3-4 working days.
Deliveries to remote/regional areas can take up to 7 working days.
Delivery times are based on when tracking numbers are sent out, which is normally the day after you have placed your order.
