Not sure what a Kamado is?

Kamado JAN is a ceramic cooker, fuelled by natural lump charcoal. It is said to date back some 3000 years. The

word kamado, in fact, is the Japanese word for stove or rice cooker. The secret is in the ceramic dome. This

dome insulates and locks in all the goodness and the end results are ALWAYS succulent and flavoursome!

Why adopt a JAN?

Excessive heat like on a traditional open braai or gas grill can destroy and dehydrate your food. The Kamado

JAN keeps the heat in the dome and the moisture in the meat! The precision air controls enables even the

amateur braaier to accurately regulate the temperatures guaranteeing that your food will be cooked to

perfection, every time. Kamado JAN can braai, bake, roast, sear, smoke, grill and even make the best pizza’s!

The Kamado JAN can get up to temperature and ready to cook in 15 minutes. What’s more is that the Kamado
