DualSteam: The Miele steam oven is the ideal complement to the oven and hob and ensures best cooking results. Fast heat-up times and cooking durations as well as even steam distribution make it easier for you to prepare food – this is made possible with a powerful external steam generator (3.3 kW) and the special positioning of two DualSteam steam inlets.

Automatic Programs: When cooking with automatic programmes, you don’t have to select the temperature or the duration – your appliance will take care of everything to make life easier for you. User Convenience 

Automatic Menu Cooking: The appliance will select the right temperature, cooking duration and sequence. All you need to do is put the food in the steam oven at the right time and in the specified sequence for perfect results. This allows you to cook an entire menu in just one cooking process. 

Variety of Applications: From reheating and blanching to keeping warm and defrosting: with the Miele steam oven, you can prepare all kinds of foods just the way you like them. You can be sure of top-quality results every time. 

Large Water Container: Due to the long cooking durations, certain foods require a large amount of steam. Due to the large capacity of 1.5 litres, even longer cooking processes are possible without interruption.

Patented Steam Reduction: Shortly before the end of the cooking process, the door is opened slightly to allow the steam to escape in a controlled manner. This means there will be very little hot steam coming out of the appliance when you remove the food after the cooking process – for extra safety when cooking.

Oven Cabinets

Large Oven Compartment: The oven compartment of the Miele steam oven with DualSteam allows you to cook large quantities of food at the same time and serve it when it is cooked to perfection. Thanks to the 40-litre oven compartment, you can place one large or two small cooking containers on each of the three levels. This gives you plenty of room to cook for lots of people with ease.

Linen-finishstainless steel oven compartment: Ample space, fast cleaning: the stainless steel oven compartment has a usable capacity of up to 40 litres and can therefore accommodate large cooking containers – for example, for whole chickens or fish. This means you can cook complete menus for 8 to 10 people – with more freedom and convenience. As well as providing ample space, the oven compartment is completely rustproof and very easy to clean. 

Clear View Door: The perfect view: our clear view door means you can keep an eye on your food during the cooking process. This gives you an ideal view of your food at all times.

LED Lighting: The LED spotlights perfectly illuminate the oven compartment. Permanently, because they are maintenance-free and also particularly energy-efficient.

Set up / Function

External Steam Generation: During the cooking process, the incoming steam completely fills the oven compartment and displaces the oxygen. This results in fast heating and optimum temperature measurement and preserves the natural colour of the food. And because limescale cannot build up in the oven compartment, cleaning is particularly easy.

Cooking on 3 levels: You can cook on up to 3 shelf levels at a time in Miele steam ovens – even different types of food. This is because neither odours nor flavours are transferred to other food with steam cooking. This allows you to cook a complete menu for several people in one process. Every dish retains its own authentic flavour.
