The space saving Tala Rectangular Folding Cooling Rack is ideal for keeping cakes muffins and biscuits raised off the worktop while they cool. The cooling tray allows steam to evaporate from all surfaces cooling cakes faster.
Cover with greaseproof paper to avoid damage when cooling fragile cakes. The cooling tray is chrome plated which is made to a traditional design and style. Oven safe to 280 degrees.
