Multilayer (copper/aluminum/St-steel) rectangular roasting tray, perfect for oven cooking meat, roasts, fish, potatoes, vegetables.
Features
Flared edges and rounded corners for easy cleaning.
Equipped with 2 riveted cast stainless steel handles.
Finish: brushed polishing inside and brilliant polishing outside.
Occasional outer polishing with special copper polishing paste to restore its original shine. Handwash recommended.
Suitable for domestic oven.
